Different Types of Electrodes
Curved Electrode
Curved electrode bears eccentric force distance when welding is stressed, and is prone to deflection during welding, which makes the upper and lower electrodes face poorly in the middle. Therefore, the allowable electric force is smaller than that of straight electrode, and the processing is also more complex.
